On Friday, June 23, the Brevard Music Center Festival hosts Garrick Ohlsson and conductor Keith Lockhart on a programme highlighting Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 and Brahms’ Piano Concerto No. 1. The event, the opening night of the Festival’s season, begins at 6pm and will be held at Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium – purchase tickets here.

Mr. Ohlsson will donate the entirety of his concert fee from this performance to EqualityNC, an organization which is is dedicated to securing equal rights and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) North Carolinians.
