The New Century Chamber Orchestra is slated to release a series of six recorded musical performances featuring its artistic director, violinist Daniel Hope; members of the orchestra; and notable local guest artists. The half-hour episodes will be filmed in San Francisco and streamed daily for free from Wednesday, November 18, until Monday, November 23.

The series is part of “Hope@Home – Next Generation,” the latest installment of the “Hope@Home” series that Hope created during the first European lockdown in March in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tune in tonight at 19:00 (CET) to watch composer and pianist Jake Heggie and Garrick Ohlsson’s installment.

The episodes will be recorded daily by Kobalt Productions for Europe’s ARTE television network and posted on Arte’s website each day at 10 a.m. Pacific time. Each broadcast will be available for 30 days after airdate.
